WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 

FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING PRICES:  I offer free  Standard Domestic Shipping.  This means the price you see in the cart is the cost of the artwork plus the cost of Standard Domestic Shipping, there is no additional charge added for Standard Domestic Shipping at checkout.  The table below shows the approximate cost to me for this service and the approximate cost to you for shipping overnight, internationally or to HI & AK.

** Due to shipping requirements, pieces with a long side greater than 40" or a short side greater than 30" may incur additional charges.  Please see our Crate and Freight shipping policies below for more information.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies

Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost.  All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.

• Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
• Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)

Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, 

We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests

APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact peter@sandersonphotoart.com with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

I take your privacy and the security of your information seriously. I will never sell, share, or trade your information. However, I will reach out to you through email and social media channels. WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

I strive to provide you with a very clear picture of what you will be getting, with the ability to zoom into images, and features like Wall Preview, and even Live Preview AR throughout the store website.  So, I must insist that sales are final. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact peter@sandersonphotoart.com with your order number for further instructions, and I will make arrangements for you to return the print for a replacement.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

Your image is printed as quickly as possible after you place your order and it likely will not be possible to cancel it.  Please consider all print sales as final. Please contact email me at peter@sandersonphotoart.com if unforeseen circumstance occurs.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?  

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

I CAN’T FIND MY FAVORITE IMAGE IN THE GALLERY.  CAN I STILL ORDER A PRINT?

Are your images originals? 

Yes, I personally captured each image.

How did you first become interested in photography?

A lifelong interest in photography was rekindled with the development of digital cameras and when desktop printers became available allowing me to produce and print images that pleased me. This occurred at about the same time I was cycling on the country roads in Portage County, WI. I noticed how early morning light played with the surrounding landscape. I started to take a small digital camera with me to capture the beauty around me.

How did you learn about Wisconsin landscapes?

During early morning bike rides I began to wonder about the origins of the landscape around me. I read everything I could find about Wisconsin geography, geology and how recent glaciation transformed our landscape. With greater knowledge came a greater appreciation of the landscape and I naturally started capturing images that were not only beautiful but also had a back story about how the landscape was formed.
